We produce locally reared whole or half lambs, packed and labelled for the freezer. Our lambs are grazed on permanent pastures which are enlisted on the environmentally friendly Countryside Stewardship scheme and receive no artificial fertilisers or pesticides.

- Our lambs receive no steroids or growth promoters
- Lambs are slaughtered and butchered within a 12-mile radius meaning better welfare and lower food miles
